All digital products (e.g., MP3 albums) are delivered via direct download upon successful payment.
You will receive a download link via email. If you experience issues, please contact info at lauradre .com.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use digital products. Reselling, sharing, or distributing the files is strictly prohibited.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Physical products (if applicable): Refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before shipment or download. Once a digital file has been downloaded, the sale is final.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide using DHL. Please note that Printful, our fulfillment partner for print on demand merch, may use a different shipping service depending on your location and order details.
Orders are processed within 5 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on location.
Customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes (if applicable).

5. Payments & Security

We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, ApplePay, G-Pay.
All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.
