- All digital products (e.g., MP3 albums) are delivered via direct download upon successful payment.
- You will receive a download link via email. If you experience issues, please contact info at lauradre .com.
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use digital products. Reselling, sharing, or distributing the files is strictly prohibited.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- Physical products (if applicable): Refunds are only available for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before shipment or download. Once a digital file has been downloaded, the sale is final.
4. Shipping Policy
- We ship worldwide using DHL. Please note that Printful, our fulfillment partner for print on demand merch, may use a different shipping service depending on your location and order details.
- Orders are processed within 5 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location.
- Customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes (if applicable).
5. Payments & Security
- We accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, ApplePay, G-Pay.
- All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
- If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.
