Hi all,

I hope you’re all having a fantastic start to October! 🎃 As Halloween approaches, so does the 1-year anniversary of Moving Spaces II, and I’d love to invite you to celebrate with me! 🎉 Join me on my Twitch stream this Saturday, 12th October at 7pm CET for an evening of fun Jackbox games you can jump in on, plus some special Trick or Treat surprises from Hannah and me! 😄

You’ll also have a chance to win a Twitch Stream exclusive “I Beat Laura Dre” mug! (Not available for sale, so it’s a real collector’s item!) Don’t miss out on this party—it’s going to be a blast!

Laura Dre on Lotus Moon Production’s 2-Part Podcast!

I’m also excited to share that I’ll be featured on Shugo’s Podcast over at Lotus Moon Productions! 🎙️ In part 1, we’ll dive into topics like the MSII album tracks, my new point-and-click game, and wrap things up with a fun mini-game.

In part 2, we’ll explore the AKARI LD-01 album and chat about the AKARI board game that’s currently in development, with another mini-game to close out the episode—so stay tuned! I’ll announce the date when it’s available via Discord and socials soon!

Point-and-Click Game in Development!

Did you catch the Discord news? I’ve started developing a retro point-and-click game as a companion to my next album! 🎮🌌 Whilst walking through the forest with Hannah I let her listen to the new track I made, she said it felt like stepping into a nostalgic point-and-click adventure—and that sparked the whole project!

As some of you know, I’m a big fan of Star Trek and Sci-fi, so of course this one is set in space and I’ve made solid progress since starting in August. Though the graphics are basic for now, “Chapter 1” is nearly complete! Once the mechanics are nailed down, I’ll focus on the pixel art and will try to make it look amazing and, of course, adding music. 🎶 Want to follow along? Join my Discord—I’ve got a whole channel dedicated to development updates: #devquest-with-laura

AKARI Board Game Testing!

The AKARI Board Game is also in testing, and I shared a screenshot of it in Tabletop Simulator in my last newsletter. If you’re following along, stay tuned for more updates as we refine things!

Kyoto Dreams Journals Available!

As I clear things out at home Marie Kondo style, I found a few last copies of the Kyoto Dreams hardcover journals (only 3 left!) and 1 softcover version. They’re now available on my web store for anyone who missed the Kickstarter or would like an extra copy!

There are also some Moving Spaces II coasters leftover from the Indiegogo campaign if you’re interested: MSII Coasters

If you encounter any problems with my web shop please let me know! 🙂

That’s all from me for now—thanks so much for your support and see you at the stream! 🥳

Laura
